Upward Basketball and Cheerleading
Registration for Upward Basketball and Cheerleading is now open. If you have general league questions please e-mail our league director, Eddie May at upwardlbc@att.net. If you have questions for our cheerleading director you can e-mail Summer at upwardcheer@att.net.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Super Early Bird Registration (AVAILABLE ONLY AT MOVIES IN THE PARK EVENT): $55.00 per child
Early Registration (10/3 - 10/10): $60.00 per child.
Regular Registration (After 10/10): $65.00 per child.
*Registration for basketball does not include shorts
You can mail Upward forms and payments to Lebanon Baptist Church (Attn: Upward League Director), drop them off at the church office (Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or place them in the Upward Drop box in the church office hallway.
EVALUATION INFORMATION
Evaluation Nights are October 11th, 13th & 18th, 20th. Late registration will be evaluated on a per registration schedule.
K5 thru 2nd Grade 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
3rd Grade thru 5th Grade: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
6th Grade thru 8th Grade: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
We will accomodate parents with children in multiple age brackets. If you have children in adjacent age brackets please consider coming near the end/beginning of sessions.
